Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (March 28 1986). Pop singer. Known worldwide as Lady Gaga. Her birthplace was in Manhattan New York, United States. Cynthia Louise Bissett is the vice-president of mobile operator Verizon. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr., a businessman and director of an internet network business was her father. Her family was in the elite Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan as part of a Catholic family. To stay out of this, her parents enrolled in the Convent of the Sacred Heart which is a revered and prestigious school. From the time she was a child she's been musically inclined. She was able to play the piano from a young age, and she created her first original tune when she was 13. Open mic nights were her favourite. The singers she admired were The Queen, Michael Jackson Madonna and David Bowie. After graduating from high school she entered the Tisch School of Art of New York University to study music. But she did not finish her education and decided to leave them in order to pursue a musical career.
