Avery Sunshine
Avery Sunshine, a singer-composer famous for his unique blend of soul gospel jazz R&B as well as R&B. Avery Sunshine's work has led her all over the world, from Broadway to European festivals and clubs to even her participation in the Democratic National Convention. Sunshine is Denise White. While she is living in Atlanta at present, Sunshine comes born in Chester Pennsylvania. In Chester Pennsylvania she first began her journey as a musician singing and playing in the local church. The musical journey began for her in Atlanta at Spellman College. The Fighting Temptations The single which featured her vocals"Stalk You the House was released only in Japan. The song has been remixed numerous times and it is a mainstay of her live show. Her voice was also added to the soundtrack for The Fighting Temptations. in 2005 Tyler Perry hired her as his primary keyboardist for his stage show Meet the Browns. Jennifer Holliday (a Grammy and Tony Award-winning performer) offered her the position of choir conductor for Dreamgirls in Atlanta in the National Black Arts Festival. Sunshine became the focus of interest during four consecutive shows at the 2008 Democratic National Convention and was subsequently invited to sing at President Barack Obama's inauguration in 2009.
